Lauryl, a Certified
Senior Advisor, has specialized in the senior market since 1998.
Lauryl is
President of the Long Term Care Advisory Council, which is an
educational and resource group for current laws and information on long term
care. She is also an active member of the Senior Services Network
as well as the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
She is also
a member of Volunteer PAWS and has a Certified Therapy Dog named Sachi
that she
regularly takes to visit the residents in nursing facilities, assisted living
facilities, and hospitals.
Lauryl is a
certified speaker and representative for the non-profit Alzheimer's
Association for whom she volunteers her time to educate people about the
disease and care giving.
Lauryl is a
National Trainer and Certified Instructor for Phyllis Shelton's LTC
Consultants, which is a third party training and consulting firm that has
trained over 40,000 agents all over the country. Phyllis is nationally
known as one of the leading experts on long term care and has been a true
mentor to Lauryl.
Lauryl
graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in
Business and Finance. She is a native Nashvillian
and lives on a farm in Williamson County, Tennessee.
